Before We Meet...
If you’re feeling the pull to get help outside of yourself, or you’re tired of carrying everything on your own, you’re not alone. Noticing that is a quiet sign of strength. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck or weighed down by anxiety, relationships, self doubt… and honestly the world. I offer a steady, supportive space where some of that weight can be set down and you can begin to feel more like your authentic self.
What it's like to Work with Me
Who I Work With
I often work with people who feel stuck or at a crossroads, facing challenges like anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, addiction, anger, or ongoing self-doubt. Many of my clients quietly experience feelings of overwhelm or disconnection.
The Space I Create for You
Sessions with me feel genuine, warm, and safe. Sometimes we’re laughing and sometimes we’re crying but I can promise you’re not going through it alone. Our time together can feel very fluid and bend moment by moment to the present need.
How Therapy Helps
Therapy with me often focuses on self discovery, how to survive the moment, and finding ways to make life more enjoyable… or even 10% more tolerable. Together we will work to understand patterns, build coping skills, and strengthen confidence.
