Before We Meet...
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or tired of being the one who holds everything together, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep doing it that way. I work with people who want real change (not just coping) and who are ready to understand themselves with more compassion and less self-criticism.
What it's like to Work with Me
Who I Work With
I often work with high-achieving adults who grew up being “the responsible one,” people-pleasers, and those healing from childhood emotional wounds or long-standing relationship patterns. Many of my clients look put-together on the outside but feel anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted on the inside.
The Space I Create for You
Sessions with me are warm, grounded, and honest with room for laughter, too. We do meaningful work, but everything doesn’t have to feel so heavy all the time; you can be real, imperfect, and human here while still being gently challenged and supported.
How Therapy Helps
Therapy with me focuses on helping you understand why you feel and react the way you do and what to do when everything feels like too much. Clients often leave with more emotional clarity, practical tools for hard moments, and a stronger sense of steadiness in themselves and their relationships.
