Before We Meet...
Figuring out how to move forward after your life has turned upside down does not have to happen alone. I work with those who want to navigate their new normal, post-loss (loss of a loved one, miscarriage, career change, loss of identity).
What it's like to Work with Me
Who I Work With
I often work with young adults who tend to isolate, avoid, and detach. This shows up in their relationships, self-image, or communication.
The Space I Create for You
I provide a nonjudgmental space for you to share the full extent of your emotions and experiences no matter how big or small. The goal is to allow yourself to feel – not avoid it.
How Therapy Helps
Some believe that if they suppress their thoughts and feelings, it will just go away. Our sessions focus on bringing those thoughts and feelings to the surface such as a deep wound that needs to be healed. And healing doesn’t come from a bandage alone, but by cleaning it out first.
