Before We Meet...
You’re at the point where you know you need boundaries but aren’t sure how to set them — burnout feels close, stress is high, and you need something to change like yesterday. You’re in the right place if you’re ready to hand some of that mental and emotional load to someone else for a while. You shouldn’t have to be your own therapist.
What it's like to Work with Me
Who I Work With
I work with ambitious, perfectionistic adults whose high standards can get in the way of feeling proud of themselves or being kind to themselves. Many of my clients grew up taking care of others and had to be the “strong and responsible” one from a young age.
The Space I Create for You
In sessions with me, you’ll find a grounded, direct, and compassionate approach. This is a judgement-free space where you get to learn about your patterns and create real, actionable change.
How Therapy Helps
Working with me means we’ll look at your childhood and early relationships, and how they shaped the way you respond to stress today. Clients usually leave feeling more confident, more sure of who they are, with real tools for calming down and better ways of connecting with themselves and others.
