Branch Pass - Olive Branch Wellness Partners

Branch Pass. Two words with potential for a big impact on your healing journey and a big impact on the local community.

about Branch Pass

What is it?

A community of trauma-informed local businesses offering compassionate support to Olive Branch clients.

We have hand selected several local businesses that are committed to becoming trauma-informed who also desire to offer direct compassionate discounts to anyone starting their healing journey with Olive Branch Counseling.

Clients of OBC can simply show their codes to these businesses and they will provide you an additional level of compassionate care. Our mission with Branch Pass is to raise up safe businesses that are healing focused and empower them to meet the needs of OBC clients in radically compassionate ways by stepping into the world of our clients in new ways.

Olive Branch Counseling

A Community Partnership, Not a Paid Program

Participating businesses pay nothing to Olive Branch Counseling, and we pay nothing to them. There are no referral fees, no sponsorship tiers, and no financial incentives behind the scenes. Instead, Branch Pass is a mutual commitment to learning, growing, and serving our community with integrity.

Each participating business is carefully selected and vetted by our clinical team. We look for organizations that are aligned with our values, demonstrate emotional safety in their environments, and genuinely desire to understand the lived experience of individuals navigating trauma and mental health challenges.

We require all Branch Pass businesses to attend quarterly educational seminars at hosted by Olive Branch Clinical Staff to grow in their understanding of community mental health care and learn more about providing trauma-informed care at their business.

Common reactions of Trauma

Life is hard, and everyone is carrying something. We start from the belief that no one wants to suffer—people are doing the best they can with what they have. Instead of judgment, we offer understanding. Instead of shame, we help people make sense of their struggles and move forward with self-compassion.

Doing the right thing isn’t always easy, but it’s who we are. We believe in being honest—with our clients, each other, and ourselves. We take responsibility for our words and actions, have hard conversations when needed, and hold space for truth—even when it’s uncomfortable.

There’s no perfect way to heal, no checklist for “getting it right.” Progress isn’t linear, and setbacks are part of the process. We normalize the ups and downs of healing and growth—for our clients and ourselves—so no one has to feel like they’re failing just because they’re struggling.

You are not your past, your pain, or your worst moments. We help people take back control of their own narratives—naming the patterns that no longer serve them, letting go of shame, and stepping into a life that reflects who they truly are.
